fME appoints interim board for Sparisjóður Mýrarsýslu
With reference to Art. 100a of Act No. 161/2002 on Financial Undertakings, as amended by Act No. 44/2009, the FME appoints a three-member interim board, which shall solely wield the authority that according to the law and the articles of association of the savings bank, would otherwise be wielded by the board and meeting of owners of initial capital, cf. Art. 101, par.2, point 4 of the law.
The following individuals are appointed to the interim board of SPM:
? Sigurdur R. Arnalds, barrister, chairman
? Jón Haukur Hauksson, solicitor
? Margrét Gunnlaugsdóttir, solicitor
